Job Details
Our client is developing one of the most dynamic and interesting projects in the world at present.
The growing legal team now requires the services of an experienced commercial attorney who specialises in general contractual matters.
This excellent role will involve a wide array of work focusing on Legal Procurement including the review, negotiation and finalisation of commercial contracts with the Procurement department across multiple business sectors. In this busy role, you will also be expected to liaise with multiple stakeholders to address day-to-day legal issues and resolve them quickly and effectively.
Applicants can be Saudi qualified or legally qualified in a common law jurisdiction such as England, Scotland, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or Singapore. Candidates should have gained six or more years of legal experience either working for leading international law firms with excellent reputations in commercial law and/or within in-house legal teams for an international company. Applicants with previous experience of working in the Middle East would be preferred but that is not a necessity.
This role is based in Saudi Arabia, and you will receive an excellent tax-free package, relocation package and ex-pat benefits, as well as generous holiday/remote working allowances.
Remuneration: £120K - £160K tax free + ex-pat benefits & bonus
