Fantastic fully remote Senior Legal Counsel opportunity within our PLC client’s top in-house legal team.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to forward their career within this well-known PLC business.

As part of the legal team, you will work with stakeholders to achieve pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes, balancing both client and supplier needs. 

You will be responsible for a wide variety of high-quality matters including:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts 
• Managing progression and resolution of disputes with clients and suppliers
• Stakeholder management 
• Briefing our client’s Head of Legal on contractual relationships 
• Supporting and developing other members within the team

You will be commercially minded and solution focused, have outstanding written and oral skills, attention to detail, and be very proactive. 

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to thrive without supervision and be experienced managing complex matters You must be a Commercial Contracts Specialist with the experience of outsourcing and servicing contracts, and of negotiating and drafting bespoke contracts. Public sector experience would also be an advantage. 

Experience working in an in-house legal team is essential.
