Job Details
A highly reputable and leading law firm which has a global presence, is now seeking a managing solicitor to join its well-regarded corporate team based in Singapore.
You will be involved in providing a broad spectrum of legal advice on cross-border corporate matters, including public and private M&A, regulatory work, equity market transactions and joint ventures. Your role will also be involved in developing new business through networking with clients.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive leadership skills and outstanding communication skills. You will also be competent in building positive relationships with all stakeholders. Sound knowledge in precedents and market standards is essential.
