The Role

Superb opportunity to join an award-winning law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice across multiple disciplines and a market leader in serious injury and clinical negligence.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE and will be handling their own caseload of medium to high value claims pre and post-litigation to ensure that a just swift result is obtained with the best resources being made available to the client. You will possess a thorough working knowledge of the CPR and court rules, as well as the various funding methods available to clients bringing clinical negligence claims.

The Candidate

* Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE.
* Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
