JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer – Locum
LOCATION: Kent/East Sussex
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 – £40 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to come in and hit the ground running taking on their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The role requires the successful candidate to work either from the clients Kent or East Sussex office, hybrid working is available.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with upwards of 3 years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
