The Role

1+ PQE Planning Lawyer to join Tier and Band 1 team with Bristol Top 50.

Nationally recognised within the public and private arena for their output, the group manages the entire Planning process, overcoming complexities and challenges that arise from often first-of-their-kind projects. The team acts for several government entities, both local and central, along with 'Big 6' providers.

Your work as a Planning and CTO expert will be orientated towards an increasing array of NSIPs and DNS within Transport and Energy, aligned to the firm's core and international sector recognition.

One team in your approach, you'll have continued dialogue with those in Real Estate, Environmental and the wider cross-sector Energy team to bring headline projects to fruition.

The team are often considered thought-leaders in Planning, pivotal to numerous bodies and a long-standing industry go-to.

The Requirements

• 1+ PQE in Tax in Planning, ideally with NSIP and DNS exposure. No PQE ceiling in place for applicants.
• The ability to think creatively in response to problems with a fast-paced dynamic
• Ambition and drive in terms of increasing expertise and career progression
• Confidence in liaising with clients and nurturing existing partnerships
