Chadwick Nott are recruiting a Commercial IT/ Telecoms Solicitor for an exceptional new opportunity with a leading top 100 law firm.

We have fresh instructions to recruit a 2-5 PQE Commercial IT Lawyer for their successful and highly ranked team in Bristol which is one of the largest of its size. You will be working with a broad client base including a large number of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients and will advise on commercial, corporate and regulatory aspects both in the UK and internationally.

From negotiating large scale technology outsourcing transactions or projects to negotiating smaller commercial arrangements and providing strategic regulatory advice, this role will be challenging and high profile. As an integral part of this highly ranked team, you can expect to work on a varied and wide spectrum of work from negotiating large outsourcing deals to drafting smaller supply contracts, and everything in between, for an enviable client base of household names in a wide variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing, aerospace and defence, public sector and financial institution.

Previous experience of experience in commercial contracts, IT services agreements and/or data protection together with excellent drafting and communication skills are essential.
