Top 100 firm seeks property litigation specialist to join their large litigation department. With 3+ years experience you'll get involved with diverse range of work including landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims, contract disputes (including overage, options and pre-emption agreements) guarantees and property related insolvency. Clients range from FTSE 100 companies to owner managed businesses.
