The ambitious firm is looking to grow the current team of 6 lawyers as it aims to increase market share within the local Thames Valley and Greater London area. These strategic hires will see you join the team which offers a broad range of transactional and commercial support services to SME clients and both national and international companies. You should have a strong academic record and a broad range of experience to cover M&A, MBOs, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and corporate restructuring.
