Fantastic opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join leading South Coast firm, highly regarded for its work in this arena.

You will be joining a leading Southern English practice and working closely with a leading partner who specialises in residential development work.

You will be acting for private landowners and regional/national housebuilders and social housing providers.

You will have the opportunity to play a key part in the firm's expansion, with extensive involvement with a number of the firm's interesting and high profile clients.

The role will sit within the commercial property team but have a focus on residential development work so previous experience in this area of work would be advantageous.
