A Defendant Insurance practice in Bolton is seeking the addition of a Complex Injury Paralegal for its Complex Injury team, working a wide and varied caseload of catastrophic injuries including brain, spinal, and amputation claims.
You will be required to liaise with several parties including clients, experts, witnesses, and insureds, and be able to provide an excellent summary within a case management system.
The firm is looking for a paralegal with experience and current understanding of the litigation process from a previous file handling role in a law firm, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.
This firm is offering 4 days a week from home alongside excellent benefits.
