Commercial Solicitor

Our client are a specialist law firm focused on delivering high quality business, technology & e-commerce legal services to SMEs, Start-ups, Entrepreneurs and established companies across the UK.

You will manage your own caseload which will focus on small to medium businesses and start ups, working autonomously on the majority of matters, including but not exclusive to the below.

• Commercial contacts, Company Secretarial matters, Shareholder Agreements, Articles of Association, Company shares and asset sales and acquisitions;
• Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Share Buyouts, Data Protection, Intellectual Property.

You should have at least 2+ years PQE and be able to hit the ground running, with a keen interest to get on board with business development and marketing opportunities. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Good clients care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice, great attention to detail with an ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with clients
• Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communications and technical ability;
• Ability to work to short deadlines with proven ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
