Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer – All Remote Working – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella – East Midlands
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an ambitious Local Authority in the East Midlands who are recruiting for a Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their department.
Expected duration: 3 months subject to a possible further extension
Hourly rate: Up to £55 per hour umbrella
Skill level: Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors and Barristers and CILEX Fellows)
Working pattern: Remote Working + Full Time
(Please note that candidates that have the relevant experience but only can work on a part time basis may also be considered)
Duties may include:
- Reviewing reports for Executive and Non-Executive committees
- Drafting new catering agreements for various educational establishments
- Building and maintaining relationships with other colleagues within the Local Authority
- Proactively working to support the team and provide training to junior members
- Drafting relevant contracts for developmental projects within the local area
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders thus negotiating with them where necessary
- Ensuring all relevant regulatory procedures are carried out hence providing advice when required
An attractive hourly rate of up to £50 Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience.
