THE ROLE:

The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who possesses the ability to deal with a full and varied caseload of commercial property transactions and associated matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have at least 5 years’ experience in dealing with varied caseload of commercial property matters including commercial leases, property development matters and sales and purchases of commercial properties. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have experience of dealing with an existing client base as well as building up and developing the commercial property offerings within the Northamptonshire area.
