Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner

Full-time but will consider part-time and hybrid working requests.

Local, high street Solicitors practice and family friendly firm.

The firm has two offices; one in Allerton and one in Bootle. The role will be predominantly based in the Allerton Road branch but you may be required at either office to suit business needs.

An opportunity has arisen to join this well-established local firm. The firm has been established for over 10 years and specialises in Wills, Probate and Conveyancing. The firm has just renewed its CQS accreditation.

This role is for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to be based at the Allerton Road branch. Ideally, Solicitor or ILEX qualified but we will consider applications from well experienced Conveyancers for this senior role.

The candidate will be able to run their own caseload of all types of residential conveyancing matters, without supervision and will be prepared to provide some supervision of support staff.

The firm has a good presence on Allerton Road and is an opportunity for someone to join and build upon its busy conveyancing department.
