NQ Corporate Associate, Central London.

A firm of excellence and a highly rated global brand, our client is a first-class law firm. Managing large-scale corporate transactions including, general corporate, M&A and ECM, the corporate team is looking to expand with a junior associate. Including corporate, the firm is well known for its services in disputes, tax, employment, private equity and the financial services sectors.

As with most of the firm's practice areas, the corporate team is looking for a first-class lawyer with training from a top City or international law firm, ideally with a broad range of corporate experience. This should be extensive and should cover the main markets in the UK and overseas, as well as trusts and investment work.
