The Role:

You will be joining this highly regarded Corporate team in the firm's state-of-the-art Liverpool office at a time of stable yet rapid expansion.

Working alongside some of the country's most respected Corporate Lawyers, you will gain exposure to a quality of work that is genuinely unrivalled in the region. You can expect to be involved in headline-making deals and have hands-on exposure to this work.

Typical work includes M&A, private equity and IPOs, and you will be working with a range of exciting businesses across tech, life sciences, healthcare, and energy.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer between NQ - 5 years PQE
• Have gained a good level of experience within Corporate work, ideally M&A and private equity deals
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
