Employment (Education) Solicitor, Cheltenham

This top 70 UK law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their market leading Education team based in the Cheltenham office.

The education team itself covers all legal education matters nationally. The client base is wide, the team cover more than 400 educational establishments advising on issues affecting schools and colleges.

The ideal candidate for this position will be 5 years PQE+, have demonstrable teamwork skills, strong drafting skills and a keen eye for detail. This team is growing continuously and so the successful candidate will also be responsible for some business development.

Due to the cross department collaborative model, the team would like any individual to be in the office for 3 days a week but can work remotely 2 days a week.
