Didsbury based claimant personal injury firm are seeking the addtion of clinical negligence solicitor to join their growing clinical negligence department to handle a mixed caseload of clinical negligence files dependant on the experience of the candidate.
The clinical negligence department is a new addition for the firm after being created in May 2021. The team consists of 3 fee earners and a litigation assistant and they are looking to expand and grow this department rapidly over the next year.
The firm deals with a wide range of cases ranging from cerebral palsy to dental negligence and lower value work, depending on your experience, you will be running a caseload of clinical negligence files from inception to settlement, the values of which will depend on your level of experience and what you would be comfortable runing.
The firm is offering flexible working after the first month by which point you would be settled in and comfortable operating at the firm.
