Job Details
This friendly and down to earth firm is looking for additional support in its litigation team based in Street, Somerset.
You will work alongside a very knowledgeable and supportive partner on matters including:
Property litigation: Rights of way & boundary disputes, nuisance, trespass, adverse possession and rights to light.
Commercial leases and residential tenancies, dilapidation's and property defects, lease renewals, service charges and possession matters.
Contractual and professional negligence disputes including restrictive covenants.
Contentious probate
This is a broad role and will suit a solicitor or legal executive at the junior end of your career looking for a broad caseload before perhaps specialising in the future.
This is a full-time role with a mixture of both office and working-from-home.
