Job Details
The ideal commercial property solicitor will have around 2 years’ PQE+ and should have a broad base of experience that covers development work. The role will see you advise on option agreements, overages, residential and mixed commercial development acquisitions for leading clients with both local and national portfolios and projects. An interest in marketing and business development activities if preferred and full support and development of these skills will be on offer. The firm can offer a market rate salary, benefits and excellent ongoing development and progression.
