Job Details
I have been instructed by a client to find a Corporate Solicitor to join their team in Birmingham. My client is a regional legal 500 ranked practice with 2 offices across Birmingham.
Their corporate team is one of the most established and well respected teams outside of London who serve a long-standing client base of local, national and international businesses on a full spectrum of corporate affairs.
This will be ideal for a Corporate Solicitor to gain further exposure to a wide range of transactions to include but not limited to:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Disposals
- MBOs/MBIs
- Employee Ownership
- Asset finance
- Start-up capital
They offer competitive salary packages for the market as well as a benefits package that includes 8% pension (4% employee contribution, 4% employer), life assurance 4x salary, cycle to work scheme, free flu jabs, season ticket loans etc.
