The Role

The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor NQ - 2 PQE to join their flourishing West End office.

This team is among the finest in the UK - ranked tier 3 in the Legal 500. As a result, you will gain exposure to some of the highest-quality work and access to an enviable client base.

The work that the Property Litigation department does is broad; they advise in relation to commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes and development disputes.

The team covers all landlord and tenant issues including rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes, they also have experience in rent review, insolvency, real estate disputes and property-related professional negligence claims.

The client base is broad and includes; HNW individuals, Investors, Funds, Charities, Retailers, and large national companies.

You will receive tailored training and development from pioneering partners recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers. This will lead to natural and exciting progression prospects.

Requirements:

• You will be an England & Wales Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
• Previous experience in property litigation
• Solid communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
