Pogust Goodhead is a rapidly expanding global law firm that is passionate about getting access to justice for the victims of wrongdoing by large corporations.

We specialise in large scale group litigation against organisations that mistreat, mislead, or injure people.

Our mission is to become one of the world's leading claimant law firms, fighting cases and causes that have the power to improve the lives of tens of millions of people.

We have offices in the UK, US, Netherlands and Brazil. See our website for more information.

Founded in 2018, we represent a diverse range of clients against multinationals and institutions around the world. The firm has already secured several landmark rulings to its name and has struck the largest ever litigation funding deal for a UK claimant law firm.

Pogust Goodhead is a leader in environmental litigation, achieving a string of successes in 2022. They achieved a landmark, unanimous judgment from the Court of Appeal that allows over 200,000 victims of the Mariana Dam disaster, Brazil’s worst ever environmental disaster, to seek redress against BHP, the world’s largest mining company, in the Courts of England and Wales. The judgement was secured following a four-year fight in the courts for justice over a disaster that killed 19 people and sent toxic waste over 700km down the Doce River, destroying everything in its path.

Pogust Goodhead is at the cutting edge of international consumer claims, representing hundreds of thousands of clients throughout the UK and the world. We have secured historic settlements in the Volkswagen NOx Emissions Group Litigation in May 2022 and the British Airways Data Breach in 2021.

There is no other law firm in the world doing as much ground-breaking work as Pogust Goodhead.

We will be relentless in holding the world's largest companies and organisations accountable for their actions.

We have only just begun.
