Job Title: Senior Associate – Competition Litigation

Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate with over 4 years PQE (Eng + Wales qualified) in High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) work, you will be a key player in providing legal expertise and litigation support to our clients. Your role will involve working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality legal services and representation in competition litigation matters. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success and the overall growth of our company.

Key Requirements:

  • A UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in competition law.
  • Proven experience in handling high court cases and representing clients in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and EU competition laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for client interactions and court appearances.


  • Manage a diverse caseload of competition law matters, including high court litigation and Competition Appeal Tribunal cases.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice for clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal experts to develop innovative strategies for complex cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and engage in negotiation on their behalf.
  • Provide legal opinions and advice to clients on competition law matters.
  • Stay current with legal developments and regulations in the field of competition law.
