In this role, you will have opportunity to act for a diverse client base including property owners, investment portfolio and leasehold managers, developers, landlords, retail and corporate tenants Working closely with market leading real estate team, the property litigation department attracts significant instructions.
The working environment is vibrant and engaging. Of course, the nature of the role at times can be demanding, but the firm's policy is averse to a long-hours culture. The management team looks to ensure appropriate resourcing and support is in place.
This immediate requirement is for someone who has sufficient experience to manage technical and complex litigation and also be responsible for supervising and mentoring the team. If you are looking to play a significant and strategic role, we are keen to speak with you. This opportunity does not require someone with a following. More important, is a shared ethos of working collaboratively, commercial acumen and the gravitas to be able to drive a team and nurture clients & contacts.
