One of the region's leading law firms are recruiting a Solicitor to join their Litigation department.

Based in Peterborough, you will have sound knowledge of Civil and Commercial Litigation and be capable of managing your own caseload in a wide range of cases including:

  • Property disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Contentious probate
  • Shareholder and director disputes
  • Housing disputes

You will be comfortable working both independently and also as part of the team. Day to day responsibilities will include attending mediation / settlement meetings, issuing Court proceedings, dealing with disclosure, drafting witness statements and preparing trial bundles.
