Our Private Client (wealth) planning is a top tier department. Many of our clients have significant business and/or agricultural interests. Very often these relationships are long-standing and generate continued business across multiple departments. Our reputation in the local market generates many new referrals and the service level our people provide means this department benefits from internal referrals and continued quality work with a significant proportion being of high net worth.
Due to a planned retirement, we are now offering a “turn key opportunity” for an experienced Private Client lawyer who wants to take the lead and further develop the team, ensuring the offices continued success. This is a key strategic hire and will enable the right candidate to develop the office how they see fit with the wider support of the national Private Client leadership team. The appointee does not necessarily need to bring a client following, as they will be expected to nurture an existing client group and use their already developed relationship skills to network and build on the back of the teams exceptional reputation.
You will lead an office of ten individuals who are generating a seven figure turnover. The team have great support structures in place, including secretarial, and paralegal resource along with business support teams to assist you with any other needs that you will face.
