Property Litigation Solicitor

Location: Exeter

This progressive law firm is looking to expand their Dispute Resolution team by hiring a Property Litigation Solicitor.

Within this role you would be responsible for manging your own litigated case load of Property disputes. In this team they deal with a wide range of Property Disputes including problems with neighbours, landlords, tenancy issues as well as planning disputes and so your case load would be varied.

The team is currently 30+ strong but due to continued client wins, the team is looking to grow further by hiring an experienced Property Solicitor.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own case load, they will be confident in the technical legal implications behind property as a whole but also the intricacies of litigated matters. A suitable candidate will also be confident in providing clear and concise advice to clients in a professional manner.
