Join a leading regional firm at its Dewsbury office as it expands its Child Abuse Compensation Department. We welcome applications from Solicitors or FCILEX candidates, with or without prior experience in child abuse compensation. Full training will be provided.

The Child Abuse Compensation Department stands as a national leader in abuse law, handling landmark cases, particularly those involving abuse suffered in foster care. The team has spearheaded representation for large groups of survivors from children's homes and detention centres, shaping scheme cases significantly.

About you:

To qualify for this role, you should be a Solicitor or FCILEX with a background in Personal Injury Claims and/or Civil Litigation. Experience in pursuing multi-track cases to trial, including attending Cost and Case Management Conferences and Cost Budgeting, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CICA claims and proficiency in drafting bill of costs/conducting costs negotiations would be advantageous.
