Commercial Litigation NQ-2 - Birmingham

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join this niche Birmingham firm.

You will deal with a national and international client base and undertake a broad spectrum of work including:

  • Shareholder disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • IP
  • Insolvency
  • Tax litigation

Junior solicitors and candidates due to qualify in 2023 will be considered for this role. Training will be provided where necessary but you should have a minimum of a 6 month seat in commercial litigation.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a close knit and successful team. In addition, you will be involved in client events, marketing and business development.
