A newly or recently qualified Commercial Real Estate Lawyer is sought by a leading Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos that embraced home working even before the pandemic, has seen this firm now recognised as one of this region’s leading names.

Described as very forward thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm wish to grow substantially in the next twelve months.

The Commercial Real Estate team is led by one of the region’s leading lawyers and provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients including landlord and tenant, development, investment, finance, planning, and corporate support.

Recently the firm have

Acted on the disposal and re=organisation of a hospital and school sites

The purchase and letting of Public Houses

The acquisition of a large development site

The grant of options to developers to purchase land

Acted for an international business in a lease renewal

The ideal candidate would have between 0-2 years PQE, but any level of appointment with be considered.
