Exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a dynamic, fast-growing law firm in Essex, offering flexible/remote working.

Title: Family Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
Contract: Full/Part-time, Permanent, Remote/Hybrid Options
Location: Essex

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor

  • Manage a diverse caseload covering a wide range of family matters including divorce, financial remedy cases, and private law children work.
  • Provide exceptional client care.
  • Work independently, supported by a growing team of specialist family lawyers and support staff.
  • Contribute to business development activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive service to clients.
  • Uphold the firm's reputation and promote its services through networking and other marketing activities.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE or Equivalent
  • Case management experience
  • Ability to manage matters independently
