We are recruiting for a residential property solicitor for a well known South Wales based firm to assist with an influx of work into their residential property team. This residential property team are based in Swansea.

You will be managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Excellent career opportunities on offer as well a good market rate package. This residential property lawyer will be joining a collegiate team.
