The Role:

The highly-regarded Property Litigation Partnership team are looking for someone who wants to make a long-term commitment and make a real impact on the success and growth of their practice in their Chelmsford office in Essex.

You will work on a variety of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes, etc.), building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions.

This role offers real career prospects and an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment. The firm can provide a safe and secure platform for you to progress and excel alongside their close-knit and collegiate roster of like-minded individuals.

As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

Requirements & Remuneration:

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
  • You will have experience in all areas of property litigation
  • You will have a good billings history and proven experience in business development
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
  • You should have excellent communications skills and work well within a team
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an enhanced benefits package including private healthcare and gym membership.
