An Residential Property lawyer is sought by a law firm of outstanding quality and a client base to match. Equity drawings per partner here are one of the highest in the region and our client shows an impressive history of appointing new partners. Legal 500 rated as one of the leading firms in East Anglia they advise both private and commercial clients regionally, nationally, and also internationally.

They now wish to strengthen the Private Property team which is led by a Partner of the highest calibre. The successful candidate would be at least two years PQE and joining a team that advises both domestic and international clients on the buying and selling of residential real estate.

As well as acting on a wide range of transactions including estates, country houses, grouse moors, they also focus increasingly on commercial requirements of landed clients, and help devise innovative solutions to problems associated with owning country land in the 21st century. Issues range from inheritance tax planning, land management issues, agricultural tenancies and land development opportunities.

This is a rare and interesting opportunity for a lawyer to join a law firm with a truly fantastic array of clients.
