About the Crown Prosecution Service

We’ve recently launched our victim transformation programme, a key priority that focuses on improving victims' experience through the criminal justice process. We aim to offer more transparency about our role, enhanced communication, and dedicated research to continuously improve our services.

About the role

Victim services manager is a new role introduced to support our transformation programme. You lead a team providing an enhanced service to victims of crime, offering guidance to ensure we’re communicating accurately, empathetically and consistently. Your expertise helps us to develop and streamline our policies, driving through strategic changes to improve our efficiency. You build positive relationships with partner agencies and community groups, engaging with them to identify opportunities for improvement.

About you

Your work ensures that we deliver a high-quality service and maintain victims’ confidence in the justice process. You manage sensitive and challenging conversations with empathy, integrity and professionalism. Your experience of building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders helps to develop our policies and increase engagement. You must be 18 or over to apply.
