Job Details
A prestigious US law firm client is looking to strengthen its Litigation practice in London by hiring a junior associate with first-rate experience in technology and intellectual property disputes.
The firm's dedicated technology and intellectual property litigation team advises a high-profile client base on complex technology disputes, often relating to trade secrets, patents and copyright concerning software development and licensing, cloud, life sciences, and AI-related implementations. The work often involves IP crossover issues involving breach of contract, contractual interpretation, IT infrastructure, the misuse of data, and reputational threats.
The ideal associate will be England & Wales qualified and have 1-2 years PQE gained at a recognised technology and/or intellectual property disputes practice. Strong academic background and a stable career record are required for this role.
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of high-profile and complex disputes, and a high level of responsibility working closely with market-leading Partners. The firm pays NY rates and all the usual benefits.
