The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join this dynamic and esteemed team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in commercial property law, demonstrating a proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant issues.
  • Advise clients on property development projects, including planning and construction matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage property portfolios.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated with changes in commercial property law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and practice.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Strong client management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to professional development.
