Who will you join?

• A very successful and thriving national conveyancing firm with plenty of instructions 
• This is a growth role and not replacement  
• A firm that caps your caseload at a maximum 75 matters 

What will you do? 

• Be responsible for your own conveyancing caseload of sales & purchases 
• Manage the middle part of conveyancing transactions 
• Your file will be set up by the legal support team and will be passed back to them for post completion matters

What will you need? 

• To be considered for this role, you MUST have substantial Leasehold and Title Checking experience – Candidates without this experience will NOT be considered
• At least 5 years’ experience as a residential conveyancer 
• To be used to working autonomously (to be able to thrive working remotely) 
• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer 
• Those who are not qualified, but have substantial conveyancing experience running your own caseload should get in touch 
• A stable career history with evidence of longevity in your positions 
• A real focus on customer care and delivering the best outcome for your clients
