Senior Planning Lawyer

A top 20 firm are seeking a senior planning associate with 6+ pqe to join the top ranked planning practice. As a senior associate you will have experience of undertaking transaction support work – corporate, banking and real estate.

You'll handle a range of diverse and high-quality tasks, such as;

• providing advice on compulsory purchases (compensation advice and settlement agreements)
• offering strategic guidance on planning applications, planning appeals
• Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) advice, judicial reviews
• Certificates of Lawful Existing Use or Development (CLEUD), and Certificates of Lawful Proposed Use or Development (CLOPUD) applications
