The Housing Team has conduct of a varied caseload arising from the management of the Council's housing stock, anti-social behaviour in the community and legal challenges to homelessness decisions.
The successful candidate will have a caseload consisting of Housing Condition Claims.
About the Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working lawyer wishing to use their knowledge and skills to work in our busy Housing and Neighbourhood Nuisance Legal team.
You will need to have the ability to conduct Housing Condition claims through the pre-action protocol period, assessing liability and quantum and Defending claims through the litigation process to trial.
This post would suit a newly qualified candidate or a candidate who has had conduct or assisted in the conduct of claims arising from personal injury.
