From offshore wind farms to major residential schemes, new rail and road initiatives, airport developments, and waste and mineral projects, this firm is at the forefront of these ventures.

With a significant increase in work from major infrastructure providers, they are seeking motivated Associates and Senior Associates to join the team.

You will have exposure to a varied diet of work involving large-scale DCOs, compulsory acquisitions, strategic planning, project management, and Environmental Impact Assessments. There is also the opportunity to engage in contentious work, including Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.

This position offers a unique chance to work on a wide range of high-profile planning projects outside the City, providing exposure to premium-level planning work.

The ideal candidate:

• Planning Associate/Senior Associate 4+ years PQE
• Knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, experience of planning and highway agreements, ability to handle inquiries/examinations and judicial reviews relating to planning
