They are now looking to hire an experienced Corporate Solicitor of 5+ years PQE into their office in Milton Keynes.

The Role

This team advise a range of high-end clients including SMEs, growth companies, entrepreneurs and family run businesses. They also work with companies listed on the AIM and standard London Stock Exchange markets. The work will include M&A, PE/VC and other Corporate matters.

The team are looking to hire a 5+ PQE lawyer experienced in Corporate work. They are a flexible, entrepreneurial team and you'll gain amazing experience in this role.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Associate with 5+ years PQE
