Role Overview
An esteemed legal firm in Liverpool is seeking an Assistant Lawyer to join its dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with a leading Partner to manage an array of complex cases, including Employer's Liability/Public Liability (EL/PL) and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases. The successful candidate will handle significant high-value claims, often exceeding £1 million, and will be instrumental in enhancing the firm's profile and their professional development.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
We are looking for a motivated and skilled legal professional who meets the following criteria:

Qualified solicitor, CILEX, or possess proven legal experience.Extensive experience in indemnity, liability, and quantum. Defendant experience preferred but those with claimant experience will be considered.Preferred background in handling or assisting on large loss or catastrophic injury claims.In-depth understanding of case law, litigation practice, process, and Court Practice Rules.Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service.Commitment to professional development and the development of others.
