JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This leading regional law firm is looking to a appoint a well-rounded Planning Associate / Senior Associate to deal with a variety of planning related matters in behalf of a diverse client base including private individuals, local planning authorities, affordable housing providers and also residential developers. Working a range of planning matters, the appointed Planning Solicitor will be responsible for drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements, planning appeals, enforcement issues, judicial review and project development to name a few.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with your own caseload of planning related matters gained with a firm recognised for their planning offerings. The appointed Planning Lawyer will be able to come in and hit the ground running and be possess the ability to work well with the firms other property teams. You will ideally have strong technical expertise coupled with the ability to business develop and network to further develop the planning team.
