Role Overview
This personal injury fee earner role offers the chance to manage a mixed caseload for high-profile corporate and insurance clients within a leading legal firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigated Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience in handling litigated EL and PL cases valued up to £25,000.This is a defendant role but those with claimant experience will be considered.Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in IT, particularly with case management systems.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.Keen attention to detail.Adaptability and a proactive attitude to meet client needs and deliver optimal results.
