This opportunity would suit a Partner who is keen to maintain a broad Corporate/Commercial practice whilst also seeking a solid platform to enable internal referrals of work to and from other practice areas. It would also suit partners who are considering retirement from the City who want to retain some of their key clients whilst achieving a significantly better work/life balance.

Jurit LLP is a virtual law firm whose lawyers operate on an entirely remote basis.

A Legal 500 ‘One to Watch’ (2024) firm, we are made up of a team of over 40 people based across the UK – many of whom are lawyers who have come from Top 20 or Magic Circle firms or were in-house counsel at FTSE 100 companies.

Our practice provides City of London levels of service to a diverse array of large and small clients located nationally and internationally.

With that in mind, we would like to recruit a partner who has the entrepreneurial flair to develop and grow the practice, delivering trusted advice founded on outstanding service, with the support of a fantastic infrastructure of practice management, marketing and business development professionals.

·     An attractive remuneration structure (earnings between 80% - 90% of billing dependent upon level of billing).
·     20% of fees billed on work referred internally to others.

You will:
 
·     Be a Corporate/Commercial Partner
·     Have an established client base
·     Have strong technical knowledge
·     Have good business development experience
·     Be someone who builds solid client relationships
·     Be a businessperson not just a lawyer
·     Collaborate well with your peers on internal referrals
·     Be adept at undertaking the general responsibilities of partnership.
 
Key skills:
 

·     Be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.
·     Have at least 10 years'+ PQE (there is no upper limit).
·     Be a top-quality solicitor with a track record.
·     Have strong interpersonal skills – ability to foster strong relationships through oral and written communication.
·     Excellent client management and business development skills.
·     Able to work virtually and be proficient in use of IT.
·     Have the right to reside and work in the UK.
