Our client is an exceptional law firm with a strong presence in the North West with multiple offers that are going from strength to strength. Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to join a well established team.

Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join an innovative and entrepreneurial corporate team. The role will see you handle high quality transactional and general corporate work with an established commercial business client base.
The role will also see you assist and work closely with partners and senior solicitors on a range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity and reorganisations.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that the successful candidate has a stellar academic profile ideally inclusive of the LPC, You will have a proven track record of working within a corporate paralegal position. You will be ambitious and hard working with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
It would be advantageous that the successful candidate has a full driving licence as you will be required to occasionally work in different locations.
