Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex private client issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high levels of client care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of legal services.
• Engage in business development activities to help grow the firm’s private client practice.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) with relevant experience in private client work.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
